Timbercreek has an exciting new employment opportunity for an experienced Cleaner/Building Manager- Couple for our Montreal property! Successful candidates will be responsible for providing a superior level of service to tenants, cleaning and maintenance requests, while promoting our advantage of being the preferred landlord. Preference given to applicants with direct multi-residential experience. Must have superior maintenance skills.
This is a full-time, live-in work arrangement. Apartment included.
Qualifications:
· Ability to perform minor repairs as per tenant maintenance requests
· Basic plumbing skills
· Knowledge of building heating and cooling systems
· Basic carpentry skills
· Painting & Drywall Repair
· WHIMIS
· Bilingual
· Ability to obtain standard police clearance letter
