My client is situated in Montreal, QC. They are looking for an Experienced Bilingual Mail Room Clerk. Forklift licence is an asset. This is a 2 year contract with the possibility of extension.
Must be fully bilingual and be willing to work in a fast paced environment
Must understand mail and courier systems
Excellent customer service required!
Job Description:
o Essential functions:
o Completion of error free customer requirements.
o Ability to use PC technology and courier shipping systems.
o Maintenance of XMS standards for site appearance and customer requirements. Attend all staff meetings.
o Cross train with other staff members.
o Perform mailroom duties, including receive, sort and delivery of mail and courier. Perform shipping and receiving duties.
o Operate clients reprographic, bindery and finishing equipment.
o Able to work flexible work schedules as required by our Customer. Maintain high Customer Satisfaction levels.
o Adherence to customer requirements regarding day to day operations.
o Work to achieve XMS goals for site revenue, profit and account growth.
o Manage and track packages through local d
