My client is a well-established consulting company, situated in Montreal QC. They are looking for Collectors. This is a 2 month contract (on call position) with the possibility of extension.
Job Description:
The person will be on call. Must speak perfect French. Good communication, presentation, meticulous and competent in data processing. A car is required because the person will have to travel outside such as Sherbrooke, Gatineau etc.. A security check is required.

Essential functions: Entry-level proactive collector position responsible for conducting high volume outbound calls to commercial account customers.
Position objective is to initiate call to validate receipt of goods and services
secure payment commitment and identify disputes.
Clear and concise explanation of identified issues logged for hand-off to and resolution by research team.
Works on assignments of limited scope. Follows standard procedures and practices in completion of tasks.
Required skills: Excellent oral & written communication skills
Enjoys shift work
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong problem solving / technical ability
Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge
