My client is well-established in the printing and consulting industry. They are looking for a Bilingual Technical Service Scheduling Specialist to work in Montreal, QC. This is a short term assignment with the possibility of extension.
Primary Responsibility:
The goal of the position is to successfully close service calls with accurate data within 3 days of the service call being completed.
Tasks / Activities:
The primary task is entering the call close data into the service application and closing the call within 3 days of it being completed. This involves the following activities
Reviewing the call close data reported by the technicians for accuracy and completeness. If required following up with the technicians to attain the correct information.
Monitor companys service calls on a national basis identifying those that may be complete.
Following up with technicians to retrieve the call close information.
Sometimes their submissions are not timely; escalate issues as appropriate, Communicate emergencies
Liaise
To perform these tasks the candidate will need to deal with the following positions on a day to day basis.
