My client is a well-established bank located in Montreal, QC. They are looking for a Bilingual Reconciliation Clerk (major bank and account reconciliation exp)
This is 6 months contract with the strong possibility of extension.
Job Description:
Bilingual Reconciliation Clerk (major bank and account reconciliation exp)
Working Hours: (Night Shift) 11:00pm-7:00am
Responsibilities include:
The contractor will be responsible for the audit of debit and credit transactions, processing specialized transactions, inputting data into an in-house system, looking for discrepancies as well as investigations and reconciliations
The right candidate will be required to provide a high level of customer service when interacting with personnel from various institutions(branches) to correct transactions/trading activity and related issues concerning the settlement of transactions
They will also be required to perform other administrative functions as required
Significant independent judgment is used with some general direction given by supervisor
Skills/Education:
3 to 4 years of relevant experience
Account reconciliation experience
