My client is a well-established bank, situated in Montreal, QC. They are looking for a Bilingual Loan Collector. This is a 1year contract with the possibility of extension (Contract to Perm 6 Openings)
Job Description:
Our Banking Hiring Manager is looking for 6 talented Bilingual Loan Collection Agent to join the team.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform Outbound collections call to Banking Clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
- Answer incoming calls from Banking clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
- Reduce client delinquency
- Related Customer Service duties
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or customer service in call center environment
- High school Degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Oriented
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bilingual French and English
- Fast learner
- Comfortable learning new software
- Proactive
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday - 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
