My client is a well-established bank located in MONTREAL, QC. They are looking for a Bilingual Loan Collector (Bank & Customer Service Exp required)
This is 12 months contract with the strong possibility of extension.
Job Description:
Hiring Manager is looking for talented Bilingual Loan Collectors to join the team
Job Summary:
Responsible for locating and notifying customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment
There will be a training for a period of 2 weeks from 4pm to 10pm. Regular shifts will be Monday to Thursday & Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Employees in this department work 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
Perform Outbound collections call to clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
Answer incoming calls from clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
Reduce client delinquency
Related Customer Service duties
Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, services, or credit contract
