My client is a well established bank, situated in Montreal, QC. They are looking for a Bilingual Collection Agent. This is a 1 year contract position with a strong possibility of extension based on performance.
Job Description:
Our Bank Hiring Manager is looking for 6 talented Collections Agent to join the team.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform Outbound collections call to BMO Clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
- Answer incoming calls from Banks clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
- Reduce client delinquency
- Related Customer Service duties
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in collections or customer service in call center environment
- High school Degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Oriented
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bilingual
- Fast learner
- Comfortable learning new software
- Proactive
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday - 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
