My client is a well-established bank located in Montreal, QC. They are looking for a Bilingual Client Service Representative (customer service & Banking Exp Req.) This is 6 months contract with a strong possibility of extension.
Job Description:
Manager is looking for a Bilingual Client Service Representative to join the contact team
Shift: flexible between Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm
Responsibilities include:
Provides professional quality service to clients
Contacts clients to obtain additional information to complete their requests
Answers client inquiries regarding BMO Investor Line products, services, account positions & balances
Resolves issues & reports any discrepancies to supervisor/manager
Provides input to development & achievement of team objectives
Works toward meeting productivity goals
Acts independently within specific industry guidelines
Flexibility with work assignments and schedules
