Job Description:
We are currently seeking Skilled Construction Project Supervisor with experience in commercial / industrial projects. Must be ticketed with all applicable credentials with 3 5 years experience.
Job Requirements:
- Projects are Commercial and Industrial in nature
- Experience in cribbing, framing, door and hardware installation and finishing work
- Knowledge in running building grid lines and shoot in piles
- Competency to handle trades and subordinates
- Must be ticketed or have equivalent credentials
- Solid experience with verifiable references
- 3-5 yrs. Experience
- Safety tickets: CSTS, First Aid. H2S, Fall Protection
- Willingness to work on industrial commercial projects in different locations (in/out of town)
- With valid drivers license
- Appropriate PPE gear
- With Planning skills and capability to meet job schedules
- Possess the initiative to tackle different tasks when needed just to get the job done
- Personal traits: Good moral character (Honest, trustworthy), solid integrity, wants to do honest-to-goodness work, not given to profane speech, responsive (not apathetic), even-tempered/well mannered, good disposition towards making work decisions and coachable.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience
- Regular working hours but extended hours when needed
- Temp to Perm Opportunity
