Labour Ready a TrueBlue Company is currently hiring Shift Supervisors for the fast food industry. These are Direct Hire Opportunities.
This is a new Exciting Franchise, 1st in Canada. Great Opportunity for advancement as customer is looking to expand to 2-3 locations in Edmonton. Job is bus accessible, own transportation always an asset.
Shift Supervisors will be responsible for all aspects of the business from food storage, prep, delivery, customer service and satisfaction, sales, for the purpose of profitability providing fast, friendly service and provide day-to-day prioritization of work assignments and schedules for the staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensures a clean location at all times.
Train and coach employees as appropriate.
Delegates tasks and follow up as necessary.
Ensure all products are ordered, inventory, products are rotated and readily available as needed.
Responsible for the overall sales and profitability for your shift.
Accurately prepare and complete all paperwork.
Job Requirements:
Must be bilingual, able to speak and communicate in English
Excellent communication skills with co-workers and customers.
Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manor.
Strong commitment to teamwork.
Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete all documentation and process payment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast food environment in a lead capacity.
Available to work a variety of hours/days, including: Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour BOE
Shift/Hours: Must be flexible to work various shifts. 9:00am to 10:30pm.
