Hello!
I have a room to rent in a brand new duplex in Walker lakes (South Edmonton, it was built Sept 2010) Dark hardwood & cabinets, dark granite in kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, but there will only be 3 roommates. You will have your own room plus you get the extra room to use as an office! Currently there are 2 males living there. They are both very nice, quiet, clean, and work alot.
Rent is 600$ a month plus splitting the utilities 3 ways (Approximately 50-75$ per month) negotiable.
This includes Internet, washer and dryer, private full bathroom, fireplace in the great room, parking out front. I can provide a bed, but other than that the room is unfurnished.

I do own this house with my brother (He is one of the male renters living there) I recently moved to another city with my boyfriend which is why i'm looking to rent out a room!
