Movie Malitia Productions is seeking investors for our next Feature Film. It is a low budget, high concept Psychological Thriller. (Think "The Shinning" meets "A Clockwork Orange")
We have a crew all lined up from Vancouver, as well as a professional Hollywood cinematographer, complete with Production Quality camera and sound equipment, on board to give the film that special glow. Principle Photography will take place in Kamloops, BC and it will be an entirely Canadian production, from cast to crew.
What we are seeking right now is NOT money, but "EXPRESSED INTEREST" from investors.
Once there is enough people (or person) on board. We can begin production and will only THEN ask for any money.
Until then, we encourage anyone interested to contact us for more info on the film.
We will send you the script or a 30 page synopsis to read, as well as our visual plan for the movie (if you like).

The investment structure will be based on a "Stock" system, meaning we will be offering shares in the film at $5,000 - per share.
Since everyone (but myself) will be paid from the budget of the film. Once sold, 95% of the TOTAL profit is divided evenly amongst the share holders. (5% being my fee)
There is also a possibility of receiving a BC tax credit (around 25-33% on the total investment) which if received, would be divided 100% amongst the share holders.
Once the film is done, we hope to get it into the Film Festival circuit, as well as pitching it to distributors at several of the annual Film Markets. See the wikipedia link below for an example.
