Project description
This is a project for de Luxe camping site at the Atlantic Ocean coast. There are no de Luxe camping sites in Spain yet. Our camping site is to be the first de Luxe one. The project envisages a strong and developed infrastructure for recreation. The camping site capacity is approximately 6000 ? 7000 people. The camping site will include the following facilities: 3 bar-restaurants, 2 separate bars, 2 dance floors, a supermarket, first-aid post, public call office with internet, football and basketball pitches, tennis court, children park, 2 swimming pools, sport complex with sauna, game arcade, pool, bowling, conference room, pizzeria and fast-food restaurants, own food warehouse, etc. The aim of the infrastructure is to provide holidaymakers with all they need for full-fledged holiday directly within the camping site. We are going to build 400 bungalows, 400 caravan sites and to place 2000 tourist tents.
The site is located 1.8 km away from the ocean ? it is the second remoteness zone from the ocean as it is prohibited to build camping sites in the first remoteness zone in accordance with Spanish legislation. The advantage of the camping site is that 6000 orange bear-age trees are to be planted after infrastructure building (administrative and residential buildings) and the camping will turn into orange grove.
For this project a primary project has been developed to get permission for building. The permission has already been obtained from the region administration. Ground is privately owned. In accordance with Spanish legislation and taxation Spanish economists have estimated and developed camping profitability, which is quite high. The project estimated cost is 44 500 000,00 Euro. Recoupment of the project is 4-5 years. In order to get a credit for the project a business plan has been submitted to one of the European banks.
