Will buy restaurant, Fast food, Hotel or Motel business

I use to run my own restaurant business, and I am looking for a restaurant, Fast food, small Hotel or a Motel business owner (anywhere in Alberta, Saskatchewan or Ontario) that he/she wants to keep the business for the initial stage (see below) but looking for a general manager who will run 100% the business, monitor all spending and marketing and ambitious enough to increase its current sales and who will buy the entire business at the second stage (see below)
