Hi,
We are a family of 4 looking for a place to call home in Cranston or McKenzie Lake and to be available in April or early May. What we are looking for in a home is:
· 3 minimum good size bedrooms (1 en-suite)
· Double garage
· Fenced back yard
· Developed basement would be a plus
· 1800 plus sq ft
Wendy works in schools with special needs children, I work as a plumbing and heating engineer and we have two boys aged 9 and 5. We are clean living, house proud, non-smokers who will care for your property as if it were our own. We can provide police checks and CRB checks if required.
Currently we are living back in England UK, but will be moving back to Calgary as a family in May, so looking to start renting end of April. I am moving over on the 6th March to start my employment with my employer in Calgary.
We have rented before in Cranston and will be able to provide references from this landlord and my employer. This landlord was over the moon with how well we had looked after their property. Having worked in the building industry all of my adult life and therefore gaining many skills, if there were to be any problems/emergencys I should be able to help with these (as I did for our last employer).

We are also landlords in England (UK), so know how important it is to get the right type of tenants to rent too. We also would be looking to purchase a house within two years, so it may be an advantage if the property could be purchased later down the road.
