I want to share a one bedroom apartment in 825, 8th Avenue SW, Calgary. the apartment is in 39 floor building that is in the core of downtown near to the C-train (2 minute), Safeway, Co-Up, several medical centers and dentists, malls and many groceries. All utilities and Telus package are included. The building includes a parking available for you, because I don't have car. our building has the big swimming pool and gym. The environment of building is very safe, silence, and secure, and has many regulation and rules for tenant to make a very respectful living place.
I'm an 35 years old engineer and hold MS.c of mechanical engineering, also work for an oil & gas company in downtown. I'm a gentleman, polite, respectful, humble, flexible, easy going, and very clean. I like animals but not at home, so please no dog and cat. I always sleep at hall. Finally I emphasize that my apartment has only one bedroom (for you) and it isn't furnished. I always sit and sleep at hall.
