Residential Telus Customer Service and Sales Representatives
The Acquisition Group is looking to hire 2 Residential Sales and 2 CS Reps for our Telus Campaign.
Candidates will have to:
1. Be responsible for conducting sales within Telus's existing and new customer base.
2. Facilitate this through booking appointments, updating existing database, completing the necessary customer paperwork, training etc.
3. Actively promote the updating older cable/internet systems to new Optik technology thereby providing the customer with the best product.
4. Consults with customer through to completion of paperwork and training.
EDUCATION: Minimum secondary school education or equivalent through work experience, special courses or self-development.
EXPERIENCE: Must have effective communication, written and presentation skills, as well as customer service skills. Sales experience (indoor/outdoor), some knowledge of Telus systems, basic Microsoft office skills.
Minimum age requirement is 19+ years old.
