Description
Seller-provided details for this listing.
I have a rental unit in the NE part of Calgary.
It's only a 10 minute walk to Marlborough Mall/c-train, and other bus locations! Fully furnished, shared fridge and kitchen, which is also loaded with supplies such as pots and pans. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (First come first choose). Your neighbours are to the left, right and front only! The back is your backyard and an EXTREMELY large field.
We're asking $350 per room, utilities separate -- and security deposit.
Other options are available. Please contact me.
Pets are OK, as long as they are small and trained. We'd prefer responsible students or small, stable families who are able to keep the place clean and tidy.
This place is available IMMEDIATELY!!
