Job Description:
-Full cycle of project management
-Schedule projects issuing work orders to field personal and sub-trades
-Assist safety officer in investigations of construction related incidents
-Estimate jobs and attend site meetings
-Ensure projects are completed within schedule, on budget while providing high level of customer service to clients
-perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and experience:
-Minimum of 5 years experience
-Ability to meet deadlines to complete bid documents, submittals or the coordination of ongoing projects and/or meeting with suppliers or clients
-Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others
-Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and team player
-Valid drivers license
-Enthusiasm for challenges and new initiatives
