The incumbent will be responsible to perform maintenance and supervise maintenance personnel to maintain maximum facility and equipment efficiency.
Job Description:
Maintaining facility equipment and systems preventative maintenance agreements / schedules
Maintaining liaison with manufacturer representatives to ensure warehouse support
Assisting in receiving incoming shipments, maintaining inventory records and initiating procurement request for needed inventory and replacement parts
Assisting in meeting facility production, quality, and safety goals
Implementing and overseeing the sanitation procedures / schedules for the facility
Supervising and coaching maintenance and sanitation teammates
Performing safety and HAZMAT training
Maintaining a safe working environment
The successful candidate will have:
Must be willing to work shift workDemonstrated technical knowledge of battery maintenance, HVAC, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, D.C. Controllers, A.C. Drivers powered lift equipment and bar code scanning / RF technology
Previous safety and HAZMAT training experience
Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing a preventative maintenance program
Two (2) to three (3) years of supervisory experience
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot repair needs
Excellent communication skills
Power equipment licensing
Mechanical or Electrical License is preferred
