Roadrunner webmail known as Spectrum or TWC (Time Warner Cable) . Roadrunner uses a mail server called POP3 or IMAP. I need instructions on how to setup my Roadrunner Email Account so it opens in Windows Live Mail. All you need to do is to go to "Settings" in Roadrunner mail server settings and make sure that on the right side of the window there is a heading "Notifications" and also "Change Notification Settings." Under "Change Notification Settings" click on the arrow next to your username and select “Connected”; once connected, it will take effect immediately.
