Children are designed to have a natural inclination to learn; they are curious about the world around them. They learn best in a warm, fun, supportive, safe and well-equipped environment, where they are free to choose activities with respect for others, themselves and their surroundings; all the while developing positive interpersonal and leadership skills. In my dayhome, your child will be given the opportunity to learn with a mixed aged group in a friendly, fun filled environment.
All our activities are play based which allows the child the opportunity to develop these skills while doing what they do best- play. Integrated in playtime are the following activities:
· Early Math and Science Concepts.
· Early Literacy
· Music and Movement
· Free Play
· Outdoor Play
I also provide nutritious homemade meals and snacks for your growing little one and I am open from 7:00-5:00. I believe that it takes a village to raise a child and so I also offer access to low cost parenting workshops through Little Leaders. I am located in Arbour Lake close to Crowchild and Crowfoot C-Train Station.
