Our growing marketing company is looking for 3 Customer Service Representatives. Agents will be part of our growing team of individuals who are focused on delivering great service to our growing customer base.
Work days are from Monday to Friday, sometimes Saturdays.
Here is what we're looking for in a Customer Service Representative:
Good team player able to work in a big team.
Able to take directions and follow procedures consistently.
Able to inform potential clients on services and provide them with assistance.
After training perform office administration duties and fill out reports.
You are also:
Patient, intuitive and proactive, and enthusiastic in helping us make our Calgary operations successful and profitable. You have a professional phone voice and past experience working with clients.
We're looking to build a relationship with the successful candidate for a long-term relationship. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their work, and wants to see our company grow and be successful.
Pay will be discussed during the first interview.
