21 foot motorhome, sleeps 6 people (4 adults, 2 kids). Sleeps our family of 5 comfortably. Dodge 360 c.i. engine. Bathroom has sink, toilet, shower. Propane water heater, and furnace with electronic thermostat. New stereo with CD player. New run-dry water pump. Good spare tire. No leaks. Recent tune-up (new spark plugs & air filter, oil change, new belts). Comes with two 40lb propane tanks, and a 1200 watt generator. Trickle charger to keep batteries in good shape over the winter. Kitchen area has a double sink. Stove with 4 burners and oven. Bike rack on the back holds four bikes. Roomy storage box on the back.
Has a bit of hail damage (small dents) and the awning may need to be repaired as one side is damaged. Selling because we are now looking for a fifth-wheel trailer instead.
