Folio Finance specializes in Commercial Lending to the Self Employed and SME market. We provide Commercial property finance using funding sourced from Non Bank lenders. Our lenders target only Self Employed clients and have a range of products tailored specifically to their needs. This means we are able to provide options to our clients that simply arent available from the mainstream lenders. Whilst we have access to funding from the main stream Banks, we tend to use Non Bank and Private Lenders who specialise in lending to the Self Employed and can accommodate those transactions that are "outside the square".
